What is a Modular Plastic Pallet?
A modular plastic pallet, also called a splicing plastic pallet, is a complete pallet made from multiple small, identical injection-molded plastic modules. These modules are securely assembled through a built-in interlocking design.
We can assemble the modules according to your cargo’s length and width, helping prevent cargo edges from hanging over a standard plastic pallet. A properly sized modular pallet also reduces tipping risks caused by uneven load distribution while remaining compatible with forklifts, ground stacking, and standard warehouse racking.

3 Runner Plastic Pallet
Most suitable for racking systems. We can add extra steel reinforcement to keep your racking load stable over several years. We recommend keeping your cargo weight under 2T on racking.
Full Perimeter Plastic Pallet
Built for heavy-duty stacking. The pallet has a continuous top surface and a full-perimeter base, allowing it to work with both forklifts and manual pallet jacks.
Multi-Leg Plastic Pallet
Best suited for heavy-duty floor stacking. Its open-bottom structure includes 9–12 support legs, allowing pallet jacks and forklifts to enter from all four sides.
Reversible Plastic Pallet
Same structure on the top and bottom, with a continuous surface designed for heavy stacking and low warping risk. Note: needs to be customized to work with a manual pallet jack.
Long Plastic Pallet

Does a custom size need a new mold?
In most cases, no. If you need a special size, we can design a solution and only build a new mold if needed, while keeping the cost as low as possible.
How strong is the connection between modules?
Once we add the reinforcement steel tubes, plastic fasteners, and protective edge guards, the modules stay locked together tightly and won’t come apart even under heavy load.
Does it work with forklifts and pallet jacks?
Yes, we can disassemble the modules and reinforce them with stretch wrap; if you are purchasing multiple configurations, we will provide separate assembly instructions for each.
How do I replace a damaged module?
First remove the fasteners at the damaged spot, then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the module loose.
If I want to add accessories, do you company supply wheels or guard rails?
Yes, we do. We’ll give you the unit price for these accessories, ship them together with your order, and provide installation instructions.

Are modular plastic pallets suitable for export packaging?
Yes. Our modular pallets made from virgin PP can be disassembled, which lowers the cost of shipping them back, since they take up less space. We also offer modular pallets in recycled PP, in case you’d rather use them once and skip the return trip.
