The one-piece molded structure uses no metal fasteners, so the load spreads more evenly across the pallet and local breakage under heavy loads is much less likely. Beyond built-in reinforcing ribs, we can also increase load capacity with steel reinforced options or glass fiber added during production, with maximum static load up to around 8T.

Max load depends on specific use. For multi-layer stacking, note that total weight usually shouldn’t exceed our labeled 6T static load, and this weight must include your cargo weight plus the weight of the stacked pallets above.

Without a doubt, reversible plastic pallets (also named double sided plastic pallet) are usually the most stable heavy-duty structure. Their top and bottom structures are identical with a larger contact area, making them better for heavy stacking. However, our 3-runner, 6-runner, or steel-reinforced pallets can also reach similar or even equal load performance under the right structure.
