Our Company Profile
ENL Plast has focused on plastic pallet manufacturing since 2000. Our factory covers about 98,780 m², and we have developed 700+ injection molds. This large mold library gives most customers more choices before investing in a new mold. With lower labor costs, we can offer plastic pallets at competitive prices.
Our range includes nestable, stackable, rackable, hygienic, export, and heavy-duty plastic pallets. More than 60 production lines keep running, and we hold over 300,000 popular pallets in regular stock. Fast delivery for large orders is a key strength of ENL Plast.
Besides standard pallets, we offer one-to-one OEM/ODM solutions for warehousing, logistics, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, automotive, manufacturing, and other industrial uses. ENL Plast is especially skilled in material optimization and structural reinforcement for special projects. We can then develop the mold for you, and you can choose production at our factory or your own plant.
Our production and quality control strictly follow ISO 9001. We control raw material inspection, production inspection, and final inspection before shipment. For most models, we target dimensional tolerance within ±2 mm for stable use with forklifts, conveyors, racking systems, and automated handling equipment.

ENL Plast follows the ISO 9001 quality management system throughout plastic pallet production. Our quality control covers raw materials, size, load, impact, and other key tests to ensure every pallet meets quality standards before delivery. We also test pallet performance through laboratory tests and real-use simulations to ensure stable performance in different applications. The following are some of our specialized tests.
Laboratory Testing
ENL Plast has an in-house materials lab with constant-temperature drying ovens, density testers, melt flow rate testers, and universal testing machines. We use this equipment to inspect plastic resins and finished pallet samples for raw material quality, pallet rigidity, tensile strength, and heat deflection.
We also check whether anti-slip pads deform or crack at high temperatures. We begin mass production only after every test result meets our requirements, helping us maintain consistent pallet quality across each production batch.
Simulated Use Testing
We also simulate real warehouse conditions based on each customer’s application. For the initial pallet samples, we reproduce stacking on the customer’s rack system, repeated forklift handling, and extended storage under heavy static loads.
We also perform outdoor drop tests, impact tests, and destructive tests to check pallet strength under extreme handling conditions. The video shows our pallet maintaining its structure even after being dropped from a height.

- 1. What information should I provide when requesting a quote?
Please share your required pallet size, static load, dynamic load, rack load (if used for racking), application (warehousing, export, or reusable handling), order quantity, and destination country. Our team will recommend a suitable pallet solution and provide a quotation based on your needs.
- 2. Do you support customized plastic pallet projects?
Of course! ENL Plast provides OEM/ODM services covering pallet structure optimization, material improvement, color customization, logo printing, new mold development, and other custom requirements you may need.
- 3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for plastic pallets?
Our standard MOQ is usually 300 pieces. For special pallet models, the MOQ may be lower or require more than 500 pieces depending on the product and customization needs.
- 4. How long does production and delivery take?
We usually complete production and arrange shipment within 15–20 days after receiving a 50% deposit. After shipment, our team follows the transportation status daily to keep you updated.
- 5. Can I get samples before placing a large order?
Absolutely. Before placing a bulk order, we can provide a single pallet sample for you to check the product quality, dimensions, and suitability for your application.
