Standard pallets may not suit use below -40°C or above 70°C. For cold areas, we can select tougher resins and add impact modifiers. For hot areas, we can use a more heat-resistant resin and adjust the pallet design for the required load.
For higher loads, we can develop reinforced designs targeting up to 8 tons static, 3 tons dynamic, and 2 tons in racking. Automotive customers also use our heavy-duty pallets for tire storage on racks.
Fragile goods may need more than a flat pallet deck. We can add raised edges or locating features to help keep products in place. Pallet collars can provide added protection around the load.

We complete these checks after trial production and confirm the results before mass production.
For simple customization such as colors or logos that does not require a new mold, the MOQ is around 300 pieces. For a fully custom pallet, the MOQ is 30,000 pieces per order.
Standard customization usually takes 15–20 days. Complex customization or projects that require a custom pallet mold take around three months.
You will need a custom mold if your required size is uncommon or you want a complex pallet design. Once we complete the mold, you can take it with you or leave it with us for future production.
Of course. After receiving your existing pallet, our engineers will keep the parts of the design that work and improve the load-bearing structure, fork-entry design, bottom structure, or material formula. The final solution will determine whether you need a custom mold.
The cost depends on the material, order quantity, and whether you need a new custom mold or changes to an existing mold. We will list the pallet, mold, and other customization costs separately, making it easier for you to review the total budget.
You cannot change the pallet’s dimensions or main structure after completing the mold, but you can still adjust some surface details, logos, or replaceable inserts. We will confirm the final drawing and key specifications with you before mold production.
