We offer three standard shipping methods, and we’re always happy to accommodate special requests.
- Flat Stack (No Wrapping) — Pallets are stacked directly in the truck, loaded tight with no gaps and no packaging. Best suited for short-haul and local deliveries.
- Stretch Film Wrap — A full stack wrapped in stretch film. This is how we ship most export orders — dust-proof, moisture-resistant, and secure for container transport.
- Custom Packaging — We also offer wooden crating, steel strapping, and individual carton boxing. If you have specific packaging requirements, feel free to let us know.
Most pallet suppliers offer 1 year. At CNPlast, we offer 3 year warranty. If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, we’ll replace it. To help us process your claim quickly, please reach out with the following:
- Order number — your original sales order or invoice number
- Photos — a clear full shot of the pallet plus a close-up of the damage
- Video — a short clip showing the issue in use, such as severe deformation or a pallet that can no longer hold load under normal conditions
- Description — a brief note on what the pallet was being used for when the problem occurred
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and confirm your replacement from there.
Note: Warranty covers severe deformation and functional failure under normal use. Surface scratches and cosmetic wear from regular handling are not included.
What is your MOQ?
It depends on the product. Most pallets are 300 pcs. Damp-proof pallets need 500 pcs, bulk bag pallets 200 pcs, spill pallets 50 pcs, and bottled water racks start at just 10 sets (4–5 tiers each).
How many times can your pallets be reused?
A wood pallet gets used maybe 10-15 times before it’s done. Our plastic pallets can support up to 500 reuse cycles under normal operating conditions.
What makes CNPlast pallets different?

What are the weight capacities of plastic pallets?
Rackable plastic pallets usually handle at least 1,000 kg on racking. Stackable pallets go up to 2,000–4,000 kg static and 1,000–1,500 kg dynamic. Light weight pallets for export sit around 500–1,000 kg dynamic and 1,000–1,500 kg static.
How are plastic pallets made?
We start with HDPE or PP resin, melt it down, and inject it into molds. Once cooled and demolded, we trim the edges, add anti-slip pads, steel tubes, and logos — then every pallet goes through dimensional, impact, and load testing before it ships.
What are the standard dimensions of plastic pallets?
1219 × 1016 mm (48″ × 40″) is the go-to in North America. Europe uses 1200 × 800 mm. Australia commonly runs 1165 × 1165 mm, and across Asia you’ll see 1100 × 1100 mm most often.
