Wide Temp Range

Injection Molding

Injection molding is the process we use most, and it is where we have the deepest expertise. We hold tight dimensional accuracy, keep wall thickness consistent, and build ribbing structures complex enough to handle 6T static loads and above. Choose this if you need consistent dimensions across batches, a stable structure, and pallets built for repeated use in warehousing and internal handling.

Blow Molding

Blow molding is another process we have full command of. We use it to produce hollow, seamless double-sided pallets that weigh less than injection molded alternatives. Steel pipe reinforcement does not apply here, but we can meet 6T and above requirements by adjusting the material weight of the pallet. Choose this if you need a seamless structure with solid overall rigidity at a lighter weight.

Interlocking

In 2025, we introduced our own modular plastic pallet line. Every module is a double-sided structure, and you can connect as many as you need with our plastic interlocking clips to build the surface area you want. Steel pipe reinforcement is fully supported, so this option works well for warehouse racking too.

We design and manufacture every double-sided pallet in-house, which means we can offer customization that goes beyond the standard options most suppliers provide. Because both faces share the same structure, we can apply different designs to each side to match your cargo requirements on top and your equipment or floor conditions on the bottom.

Every double-sided pallet design is tested in our lab first. We put 6T of static load on every pallet to make sure it holds. For dynamic load, we use a standard forklift to test on our factory floor. We Control Quality Every Batch

Under our ISO 9001 certified quality system, we check every production stage. Raw materials come from big domestic suppliers, and the material must pass incoming inspection before production. We use HDPE and PP. HDPE is the better choice for impact resistance, cold storage, and chemical resistance. PP offers higher rigidity and performs well at higher temperatures, making it a common choice for heavy duty and racking applications.

Should I Choose a Double-Sided or Single-Sided Plastic Pallet?

Reversible pallets and single-sided pallets — including 3 runner, 6 runner, and 9 legs — serve different needs. Choose a reversible pallet for long-term reuse or heavy loads that need full bottom support. For unsupported racking, go with a 3 runner or 6 runner. For basic forklift handling or one-way export, a 9 legs pallet gets the job done.
