Double Deck Pallet Testing
For every batch of our double deck stackable pallets, we test the stacking load data before we publish it. This helps make sure the numbers you see can match real stacking use, not only lab conditions.
The test has two stages. After a new mold is made, we take a First Article Sample and send it to our lab. We apply the rated load according to ISO 8611 / ASTM D1185 standards, and keep checking whether the pallet deformation stays within the allowed range. If the result is over our limit, we will adjust it and test again.
Before each mass production batch, we also take samples for repeated verification. We can also send the test data and samples to SGS for third-party testing and certification. We are strict with this process because we want every load number to be reliable and useful for your real stacking work.

What are Stackable Plastic Pallets?
Stackable plastic pallets usually have a continuous full perimeter or reversible feature bottom. The larger contact area ensures that whether fully loaded or empty, the pallets can be stacked layer by layer stably. The closed bottom edge frame of stackable plastic pallets prevents the bottom pallet from deforming, achieving the most efficient vertical stacking.
Are Stackable Plastic Pallets the Most Space-Saving?
No, Stackable Plastic Pallets actually have the most stable performance in stacking. If you need to save space, nestable plastic pallets can save 1/3 storage and return trip space, which is a more suitable choice. Please note, nestable plastic pallets can only be stacked when they are empty pallets.
